Instituted: 1 April 2005.

Awarded: For 90 days (from 1 April 2011, 30 days) service on Operation Baltic Accession, a NATO operation for patrolling of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania's airspace between their entry into NATO in 2004 and their development of their own capacity to defend themselves, or as a member of a multinational staff serving there.
