Awarded: For contributions to the development of the State and its economy, or to the development of good relations between nations.
Grades: 4 (Grand Cross, Commander with Star, Commander, and Member) plus a Medal in 2 Divisions (Civil and Military). There is also a Collar, worn only by the President of the Russian Federation.
