Ribbon: Green with a white-red-white centre stripe.
Instituted: 8 October 2004.
Awarded: To members of the Frontier Guard for merit to the service, preventing crimes which fall under the remit of the Frontier Guard or cooperation with other countries' frontier services. It may also be awarded to civilians and foreigners for assisting the Frontier Guard in its mission.
Grades: 3 (Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals).
